These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of peptivex.com and any related services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Peptivex (“Peptivex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What Peptivex Is
Peptivex is a research-information platform. The Site organizes and summarizes publicly available scientific literature, clinical trials, and other research relating to peptides, GLP-1 receptor agonists, and other compounds discussed in the longevity and metabolic-health research literature.
2. What Peptivex Is Not
Peptivex is not:
- A pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or drug seller
- A telehealth or healthcare provider
- A prescriber or facilitator of prescriptions
- A source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
- A source of dosing, cycling, stacking, injection, or reconstitution instructions
- A vendor directory or marketplace for any compound
- A substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional
Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as recommending, encouraging, or endorsing the human use of any compound. Many compounds discussed on the Site are investigational, off-label, or not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for any indication.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join the waitlist. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for any product or service. We may modify, postpone, or cancel the launch of any feature without notice. We may decline to grant access to the Site or any future product for any reason or no reason.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to obtain or request medical advice, prescriptions, dosing, sourcing, or treatment recommendations
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content except as expressly permitted
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
- Use the Site to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, in our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, code, brand marks, evidence-scoring methodology, and curated summaries, is owned by Peptivex or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial research and informational purposes.
Cited third-party content, including journal articles and clinical-trial registry entries, remains the property of its respective owners. Citations to such content do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those owners.
7. User Submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, corrections, or other content to us, you grant Peptivex a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that content for any lawful purpose, including improving the Site. Do not submit confidential information.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site links to and summarizes third-party content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites. Linking to a third-party source does not imply endorsement.
9. No Medical or Professional Relationship
Use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SUMMARY, EVIDENCE SCORE, CITATION, OR OTHER CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF ERROR. SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE EVOLVES; WE MAY UPDATE OR CHANGE CONTENT WITHOUT NOTICE.
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY ROLE IN, AND ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM, ANY DECISION YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY MAY MAKE TO PURCHASE, POSSESS, ADMINISTER, OR USE ANY COMPOUND DISCUSSED ON THE SITE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIVEX, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptivex and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any decision you or any third party makes to obtain, possess, or use any compound discussed on the Site.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact peptivex@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute and a proposed resolution, and to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers when reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 17.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical & Research Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptivex regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
