This Privacy Policy explains how Peptivex (“Peptivex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit peptivex.com (the “Site”) or join our waitlist.

1. What This Site Is
Peptivex is a pre-launch research-information website. We do not sell products, provide medical services, prescribe, dispense, or supply any peptides or other compounds. 2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Self-identified role (e.g., Healthcare Provider, Researcher, Independent Researcher, Clinic Owner, Investor)
- Your stated primary research interest
- Any other information you voluntarily provide in correspondence
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps
- Anonymous interaction events such as clicks and scroll depth
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Notify you when Peptivex launches or releases early-access features
- Communicate about the Site, the waitlist, or material changes to our policies
- Understand aggregate Site usage so we can improve content and performance
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing purposes.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are:
- Consent — when you submit the waitlist form
- Legitimate interests — operating, securing, and improving the Site
- Legal obligation — when required by applicable law

5. Service Providers
We rely on the following categories of service providers, each of whom processes data only on our behalf:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel Inc.
- Database and authentication: Supabase Inc.
- Email delivery (when applicable): standard transactional email providers
Each provider operates under its own privacy and security commitments. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and basic analytics. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may not work without them.
7. Data Retention
We retain waitlist information until the earlier of (a) your request for deletion or (b) two years after our last meaningful interaction with you. Aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely in de-identified form.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
California residents (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email peptivex@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact peptivex@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Transfers
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites including PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, and journal publishers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers when reasonably possible.
